Usually we think a bedroom or home office when developing space on the attic. What about converting this empty space to a bathroom furnished with a polished copper bathtub? The tub can be made of polished or hammered metal and there are so many different shapes available that it would be difficult to mention all. As an example I included to this post a photo of the polished copper bathtub installed on the attic and I do like the idea of making a bathroom at the top of the house.
